About Steph

Steph is a strategy consultant delivering in person support to businesses with teams between 5-200 people. Steph spent her first career decade in a commercial B2B media business and fast became Head of Product and Growth, taking the business on a journey to 400% growth.  During this time she honed the skill of identifying, validating and launching new products that broke records. Her product validation process demonstrates repeatable results that challenge industry statistics.  Steph went on to support a range of businesses with growth as a business consultant, building her portfolio of success stories. During this time she spent 4 years supporting a Corporate Finance firm with go-to-market; taking a front row seat to the fundraising and M&A processes, and learning first-hand what builds enterprise value.
